Return Process

  Contact Your Distributor

  Reach out to the Independent Distributor from whom you purchased the products to initiate the return authorization process.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that the product is at least 50% full to qualify for the satisfaction guarantee.

• 3.
  Submit Documentation

  Include a copy of your original sales receipt and the completed Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form provided by your distributor.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund or product credit will be issued to your account within 7-10 business days.
